Yoriko Horaguchi Film Festival Part 2 Celebrates 40th Anniversary of Debut

The Yoriko Horaguchi Film Festival Part 2 is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the debut of Yoriko Horaguchi who is known for her appearance in the popular series ‘Shogun’ and will be held from October 23rd through October 27th.

The festival will take place at Eurospace in Tokyo during that time before heading to Sakuraza Theater in Okinawa from November 2nd through November 4th.

Horaguchi  personally planned the festival, which will feature five films at Eurospace including Kurosawa Kiyoshi’s ” Ningen Gokaku , “Yahagi Toshihiko’s” The Gambler ,” and Tominaga Masaaki’s “Between the White and Black Keys”.

Then, at Sakuraze Theater, the following films will be featured: ” Pineapple Tours ,” ” Summer Sister ,” and ” Mikadroid” following by an event called “Screening Festival of Three Kurosawa Kiyoshi Films Starring Horaguchi Yoriko!”, which will screen ” Cure,” “Ningen Gokaku,” and ” Do Re Mi Fa Girl’s Blood is Roaring.”
