The popular music group timelesz (Shori Sato, Fuma Kikuchi, and So Matsushima) will be running auditions for a new member to their group exclusively on the Netflix streaming platform starting September 13th.
The show, called ‘timelesz Audition Project’ will run through 2025 and will have international release dates as well.
The auditions were announced back on April 1st, following the group’s rebranding from Sexy One to timelesz, which garnered close to 19,000 interested applicants, and now the auditions will be for fans to watch as the members serve as judges.
“We were honestly surprised. Initially, we considered streaming the auditions on our YouTube channel or creating new SNS accounts” Kikuchi said (h/t TokyoHive). “We didn’t expect Netflix to step in after our earlier live stream.”
